African Tales
This educational and captivating show features our first-hand account of a visit through Africa.
The children love the animal stories that teach “Why Things Are” and the staff will love the cultural unity we promote. What a great way to celebrate “Black History Month” or anytime you want to promote cultural pride! The presentation includes a first-hand account of a journey through Africa featuring photographs and artifacts brought back from the journey, a tribute to famous black Americans and wonderful, upbeat and fun African Tales. The children will be dancing in their seats when we finish the show with our original rap of “The Real Story of the Big Bad Wolf”.
The show also highlights some little known facts to promote cultural pride:
Do you know who invented the hairbrush?
Do you know who invented the super-soaker?
What about traffic signals, pencil sharpeners, ice cream and ironing boards?
All this and more is featured in our African Tales show.
